De benodigde toestemming tot het houden van het toernooi is verkregen van het NHV.
De wedstrijden worden gespeeld volgens de regels van de IHF en het reglement van het NHV. In enkele gevallen zijn de lokale regels van toepassing, zoals omschreven in dit reglement.
De toernooiorganisator stelt een toernooicommissie samen die verantwoordelijk is voor de gehele toernooi-uitvoering.
De wedstrijden worden geleid door scheidsrechters aangesloten bij het NHV dan wel van een sportbond uit een van de deelnemende landen.
Ieder team moet worden begeleid door een teamleider ouder dan 18 jaar. De naam, het adres en de geboortedatum van deze volwassene dient op de spelerslijst te worden vermeld. De teamleider is verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag van de spelers, zowel op het sportcomplex als in alle andere accommodaties, die voor de deelnemers beschikbaar zijn gesteld.

U19: Spelers geboren op of na 01.01.2007 (Dispensatie in Nederland voor 01.01.2006)
U17: Spelers geboren op of na 01.01.2009
U15: Spelers geboren op of na 01.01.2011
U13: Spelers geboren op of na 01.01.2013
Meisjes:

Dispensaties
Er is geen automatische dispensatieregel in handbal. Elke speler die de leeftijdsgrens overschrijdt, moet officiële toestemming hebben van de nationale of regionale handbalbond. Dispensatieregels en limieten verschillen per land.
Als er officieel bewijs van dispensatie is van de eigen bond van de speler, wordt dit geaccepteerd voor Euro-Sportring-toernooien. Het bewijs moet worden geleverd door de deelnemende club.
De teamleider moet voor aanvang van het toernooi de spelerslijst waarop per speler naam, geboortedatum en rugnummer zijn vermeld, op het toernooisecretariaat overhandigen. Alle spelers dienen in het bezit te zijn van een officieel legitimatiebewijs dat op elk moment getoond moet kunnen worden. Dezelfde speler mag tijdens het gehele toernooi in slechts één team uitkomen.
Indien vóór aanvang van een wedstrijd naar het oordeel van de scheidsrechter de clubkleuren van beide teams te weinig verschillen, is de eerstgenoemde vereniging verplicht te spelen in een tenue van afwijkende kleur.
Categorie: Qualifying Finales
Alle categorieen: 1 x 20 min. 1 x 20 min.
Wisseltijd tussen wedstrijden: 5 minuten.
Er is geen team-timeout en er is geen timeout van de scheidsrechters.
Een team bestaat uit maximaal 16 spelers en 4 officials.
Groepsfase
De ranglijst wordt bepaald door het aantal punten. De punten worden als volgt gegeven:
Indien meerdere teams een gelijk aantal punten hebben behaald, wordt de rangschikking als volgt bepaald:
Indien de opeenvolgende toepassing van deze drie regels het niet mogelijk zou maken de ploegen te scheiden, zal er een serie strafworpen volgen.
Plaatsing vervolgronden – Plaatsing finales.
Bij een gelijke eindstand tijdens de poulewedstrijden en finales, wordt de winnaar bepaald door een serie van 5 strafworpen.
Indien er na 5 strafworpen nog geen winnaar is bepaald, zullen beide teams om beurten een penalty nemen tot er een verschil is ontstaan.
Na 3 uitgedeelde gele kaarten per team, volgt bij een volgende overtreding van dien aard een 2-minuten straf voor de betreffende speler.
Indien een speler een rode kaart krijgt of 3 keer een minuut straf, is deze voor de betreffende wedstrijd uitgesloten. Het betreffende team speelt gedurende 2 minuten met 1 speler minder.
Afhankelijk van de aard van de overtreding kan de toernooicommissie besluiten een speler voor het gehele toernooi uit te sluiten.
Alle rapporten over wangedrag zullen door de toernooiorganisator naar de nationale handbal bond worden gestuurd, die deze rapporten zal doorsturen naar de betreffende andere nationale bonden.
In geval van poulewedstrijden zullen alle resultaten van een team ongeldig verklaard worden, indien:
10. Protesten
Protesten met betrekking tot beslissingen van de scheidsrechters zijn niet mogelijk.
Protesten met betrekking tot andere aangelegenheden moeten uiterlijk 15 min. na afloop van de wedstrijd door de teamleider bij de toernooicommissie schriftelijk worden ingediend. De toernooicommissie besluit tevens over aangelegenheden waarin dit reglement niet voorziet. Het besluit van de toernooicommissie is bindend.
11. Wedstrijdprogramma
De toernooicommissie heeft het recht om in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden, het wedstrijdprogramma te wijzigen.
12. Wedstrijdtafel
Het eerstgenoemde team van de vorige wedstrijd neemt zitting achter de wedstrijdtafel. De wedstrijdtafel is verantwoordelijk voor het tijdmanagement van de wedstrijd.
13. Wedstrijdbal
De eerstgenoemde vereniging is verantwoordelijk voor de wedstrijdbal en begint ook (er vindt geen toss plaats voor de wedstrijd).
14. Harsgebruik
Hars gebruik is niet toegestaan tijdens het toernooi.
15. Alcohol & verdovende middelen
Het gebruik van alcohol is alleen toegestaan in de kantine nadat alle wedstrijden van het betreffende team gespeeld zijn. Het gebruik van zelf meegebrachte alcohol en het gebruik van verdovende middelen is NIET toegestaan.
16. Aansprakelijkheid
De deelnemende clubs zijn zelf verantwoordelijk voor een adequate verzekering van de spelers. De organisatoren en Euro-Sportring zijn niet aansprakelijk voor persoonlijk letsel en verlies of diefstal van eigendommen van de deelnemers.
The required permission to organize the tournament has been obtained from the NHV.
All matches shall be played in accordance with the laws of the game as laid down by the IHF and in accordance with the rules of the NHV. In some cases, local rules as described in this document apply.
The organizer shall form an organizing committee (tournament committee) which shall be responsible for all arrangements in connection with the competition.
The matches are officiated by referees affiliated with the NHV or with a sports federation from one of the participating countries.
Every team must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years of age). The name, address and date of birth of this adult must be printed clearly on his team's registration sheet. This adult will be deemed to be the team leader and he will be responsible for the behavior of his players, on and off the field of play. He will be held responsible for the actions of his team within the sports complex and within all other facilities available to the group.

U19: Players born on or after 01.01.2007 (Dispensation in NL for 01.01.2006)

Dispensations
There is no automatic dispensation rule in handball. Any player who exceeds the age limit must have official permission from their national or regional handball federation. Dispensation rules and limits vary from country to country.
If there is official proof of dispensation from the player’s own federation, it will be accepted for Euro-Sportring tournaments. The participating club must provide this proof.
The team manager must submit the team list to the tournament secretariat before the start of the tournament. The list must include each player’s name, date of birth, and jersey number. All players must possess an official identification document that can be shown at any time. The same player may only participate in one team throughout the entire tournament.
If, before the start of a match, the referee determines that the club colors of both teams are too similar, the team listed first must play in a kit of a different color.
Category: Qualifying Finals
All categories: 1 × 20 min. 1 × 20 min.
Interval between matches: 5 minutes.
There is no team timeout and there is no referee timeout.
A team may consist of a maximum of 16 players and 4 officials.
Group Stage
The ranking is determined by the number of points. Points are awarded as follows:
If two or more teams have the same number of points, the ranking will be determined as follows:
If the consecutive application of these three rules does not make it possible to separate the teams, a penalty shoot-out will follow.
Qualification for next rounds – Finals placement
If the score is level during the group matches or finals, the winner will be determined by a series of 5 penalties.
If there is still no winner after 5 penalties, both teams will take penalties alternately until a difference has been established.
When three players of one team have been given a yellow card, the next player of that team to make a similar foul will be given a 2-minute penalty.
In case a player is given a red card or three 2-minute penalties, the player is banned from the remainder of the game. The team in question will, in this case, play with one player less for 2 minutes.
Depending on the nature of the foul, the tournament committee can decide to bar the player from the entire tournament.
All reports concerning misconduct will be sent by the tournament organizer to the national handball federation, which will forward these reports to the respective other national federations.
In the case of group matches, all results of a team will be declared invalid if:
Protests regarding decisions made by the referees are not permitted. Protests concerning other matters must be submitted in writing by the team manager to the tournament committee no later than 15 minutes after the end of the match.
The tournament committee will also decide on matters not covered by these regulations. The decision of the tournament committee is final and binding.
The tournament committee has the right to alter the competition schedule should unforeseen circumstances occur.
12. Match secretary
The first team mentioned of the previous match takes place behind the match table. The match secretary table is responsible for the time management of the match.
13. Match ball
The first-named club is responsible for the match ball and starts the match (no toss takes place before the match).
14. Use of resin
The use of resin is not allowed during the tournament.
15. Alcohol & Drugs
The consumption of alcohol is permitted only in the cafeteria after all games of the respective team have been played. The use of self-brought alcohol and the use of narcotics is NOT permitted
16. Responsibility
It is the responsibility of each team to make sure that adequate insurance cover is provided for their players. The tournament organizers and Euro-Sportring are not responsible for damage to, and loss or theft of possessions or equipment of participants or clubs. They are also not responsible for personal harm or injury to participants.
